At the end of this course, you will understand why ancient cultures have known the benefits of meditation and how you can utilize Mindfulness techniques in  your everyday lifestyle to improve your health and well being.

This is a 4 week Course

Course is instructed in 4 Modules
Class meets virtually for 60 min. every Tuesday at 5:00pm for 4 weeks
Minimal homework
2 Discussion Posts a week on Module
