Choose your potency based on the severity of the condition that you are trying to treat.     I wash my husband and since he got sick and I lost him. I haven't been sleeping more than 5 hours a night. I saw this booth at the Wilmington craft fair at the find his auditorium. And I had I decided to try it. I have been using it every night since I've came home and I am now sleeping 5 or 6 hours a night. And I'm hoping that if I continue to use it. I will get more sleep.

    This product is magical. I put it on my temples before I go to bed, and I rarely wake up. It helps me "unwind" and I can't go a night without it! Love this product!
